David Hoffman

Founder & CEO

David has 27 years of experience as a Financial Advisor and is the founder and CEO of Justabout Wealth Management. He focuses on serving a diverse group of high net-worth clients, as well as growing new client relationships. David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant (CFP®), counseling clients in the areas of financial planning and investment management. He is a licensed insurance agent, helping clients with life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Additionally, he advises corporate clients regarding their company-sponsored retirement plans. With his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designations, he manages 401(k)s, SEP plans, SIMPLE Plans, and defined benefit pension plans.

David is also active in the community to help others and network for his business. He has been a member of Christ United Methodist Church, serving on the church’s Endowment Committee. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for the River City Brass Band and is in charge of their Gala event. As a Rotarian for 9 years, David is currently the Chair of the Pittsburgh Rotary Club Foundation Board of Directors. On the networking side, he is the founding member of the Three Rivers Chapter of Business Network International (BNI) and a member of Valley Brook Country Club and the Peters Township, Washington County, South West Regional, and Southpointe Chambers of Commerce.

In 2010, David was named to Pittsburgh Magazine’s “40 Under 40” in recognition of his positive impact on the region’s development and success in his profession.* In 2023 and 2024, he has been named one of AdvisorHub’s Top 100 Solo Advisors to Watch, ranked #22 and #26 respectively.** Additionally, David has been featured on KDKA-TV news, WPXI-TV news, and PCNC’s Night Talk and has been quoted or featured in articles in Investment News, USA Today, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, GEICO Direct magazine, and IN Peters Township and IN Canon Mac magazines.

David graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from Dickinson College and holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs and a Western European Studies certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Married to Michelle for over 24 years, David and Michelle are the proud parents of three – Christian, Colin, and Anna. David loves playing golf and softball, as well as coaching his kids and many others in hundreds of games of baseball, softball, flag football, and basketball over the years. He is also a certified SPIN® instructor and thoroughly enjoys taking Peloton classes.
