Kelly Moore is the Business & Community Development Officer at cfsbank, where she champions financial literacy and strengthens connections between the bank and the communities it serves. With more than a decade of experience in the banking industry, Kelly has been instrumental in the creation and execution of cfsbank’s Workplace Banking Program as well as empowered surrounding communities with practical financial education and resources. Kelly is passionate about coaching and mentorship within the bank and values the importance of being a positive influence on others. She is an active advocate for the banking industry, regularly traveling to Harrisburg to meet with legislators and represent the interests of PA Bankers. Her efforts help influence policies that support financial education, economic development, and responsible community banking across the Commonwealth. As a Certified Personal Finance Counselor, she also equips individuals and organizations with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
Recently, Kelly has taken the leap into entrepreneurship with the launch of Moore Love Enterprises, a modern officiant service focused on meaningful ceremonies, personalized touches, and inclusive values. Kelly has also contributed to the 2024 Women In Leadership series (W.I.L.) as a speaker and
advocate for women’s professional growth and transparency and championed for the visibility of women-owned businesses. She values being an active member of WELD (Women for Economic & Leadership Development), and the Brave Women Project, The Positivity Circle and Vice President of the Charleroi Little Great Race, held annually the Saturday after Labor Day, to which cfsbank is proud naming sponsor.
Kelly’s contributions have been recognized through numerous awards, including the 2023 WIN Woman of the Year and the Brave Women Project Encourage Pillar Award. Her community involvement also includes participating as Dress for Success Monthly Giving Club member and a Success Partner for EmployHER Pittsburgh. Her most recent community act involved organizing a 10-member all-star team for the 2025 Special Olympics Pennsylvania Polar plunge, raising over $16,000 in support of inclusive athletic programming. This incredible team, filled with many past and present board members of Leadership Washington County, braved the balmy 36-degree water and made a huge splash for this wonderful cause!
When she is not leading initiatives or celebrating love stories, Kelly enjoys uplifting others through motivational speaking, community outreach and her soon-to-be blog, Love Notes, where she will share her reflections and encouragement that will be rooted in authenticity and gratitude. Kelly and her husband Brian look forward to celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary in September and together, they feel that their biggest accomplishments in life are their adult children, Kaitlyn and Cameron.
